Terms of sale

These terms apply when you use barnname.com or buy from Barn Name. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your order

Signs are made to order from the proof you see before checkout. Please check names, spelling and dates: we print what you approve. We check every proof by hand before printing, and may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we can't make it well or it breaks the rules below.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Shipping to the United States and Canada is free. Volume discounts apply to the whole order as shown in the cart. Payment is taken by Stripe when you check out.

Your photos, logos and words

You must have the right to use what you put on a sign: your own photos, your farm's logo, and so on. You keep all rights to them; you let us use them only to make, ship and support your order. We won't print anything hateful, unlawful, or that uses someone else's trademark or artwork without permission.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we're responsible for is reprinting the sign or refunding what you paid for it. Signs are decorative; mount them securely and away from where a horse can chew or catch on them.
