Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping is free, and we ship to the United States and Canada.

Every sign is printed to order. We check each proof by hand, usually within a day; printing takes a few business days after that. Most US orders arrive within two weeks of checkout; Canada can take longer. You'll get an email with tracking when your signs ship. All the signs in one order ship together.

Changes and cancellations

Until your order goes to print, we can change it or cancel it for a full refund: email contact@barnname.com as soon as you can. Once it's printing, it can't be changed.

Returns

Each sign is made for one horse, so we can't take signs back because you changed your mind, or for spelling and choices in the proof you approved.

If something is our fault, we make it right:

• a sign arrives damaged, bent or scratched,
• it's misprinted, or doesn't match the proof you approved,
• or it never arrives.

Email contact@barnname.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order details and a photo of the problem. We'll reprint the sign for free or refund it, your choice. You don't need to send the sign back.

Colors

Screens show colors differently, and print on aluminum is a little different again, so a sign's colors can vary slightly from what you saw. That isn't a fault we can replace a sign for.
