Barn Name sells personalized stall signs. This page says what we learn about you, why, and who else sees it. In short: only what it takes to make and ship your signs. We don't sell it.

While you design

The names, lines, photos and logos you put on a sign, and your cart, are saved in your own browser so they're there when you come back. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

To see where the site is confusing and fix it, we use PostHog to record how visitors use it: the pages you visit, what you click, and a replay of the screen as you design, which shows the sign preview. What you type into fields is hidden in those replays. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share this with anyone.

When you order

At checkout we receive:

• your signs: their designs, text, and any photos or logos on them;
• from Stripe, your name, email, phone number and shipping address.

Stripe takes your payment; we never see or keep your card number. We use your details to make, ship and support your order, and email you only about it.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, for payment, receipts and sales tax;
• Printify and its print partner, who print and ship your signs (your signs and shipping details);
• our hosting provider, which stores orders on our behalf.

We share your information otherwise only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including the sign files, as long as we need them to support your order and for our tax and accounting records. Ask us to delete your information at contact@barnname.com, and we'll delete what we're not required to keep.
